Exchanges and Returns

Surf Planet grants you the right to exchange or refund up to 30 days after the date of the purchase invoice, always upon presentation of the respective receipt.

The return or exchange will only be accepted if the item(s) is in its original condition, complete (in the case of some items that contain packaging, accessories and manuals, they must be delivered) and in good condition. Items returned incomplete, damaged or with signs of use will not be accepted.

If a return is necessary, it will be made under the above conditions, within a maximum period of 15 days and the amount paid will be returned in the same form of payment made by the customer.

Returns will always be made to the online store, by filling out a form for this purpose and, in this case, the value of the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and we do not refund the shipping costs for orders once which are expenses outside the scope of the purchased product. WARRANTIES AND AFTER SALES SERVICE

Items that are sold with a warranty certificate, such as watches, glasses and some technical surf/bodyboard material, and that eventually present a defect within the term of the warranty may be sent directly to the manufacturer (brand or distributor) thus avoiding expenses of unnecessary transport and logistics. Surf Planet Lda cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty.

Requests for repair quotes for items without presentation of purchase receipt, warranty certificate or after the expiration date, may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the budget, you must make a prior payment corresponding to the respective budgeted amount.

DISPUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
